As we come to the year’s end, the BDA(S) committee would like to invite you to an Extraordinary General Meeting (otherwise known as EOGM) as well as a dinner gathering to start off the new year.

The EOGM details are as follows;

Date: 6th January 2018 (Saturday)
Time: 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Venue: Singapore Chinese Cultural Center Resource Centre (level 6), just behind Singapore Conference Hall (SCH)
Address: 1 Straits Boulevard, S(018906)

Parking is available at $3.50 per entry after 1pm.

Program for this EOGM will include:
1) Voting on constitution changes
2) BDA(S) Plans / Events for 2018
3) Dialogue / Feedback Session
4) Networking Dinner

We seek your understanding in trying to be present for this EOGM as we do need a good majority of everyone to be present, for us to vote for the approval of constitution changes. This is in order for us to move ahead with some of the plans we have in mind for the upcoming year(s).

Theproposed changes in the Constitution will be sent to you at least 2 weeks before the meeting for your purview.
